Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Your refund will be paid in full once we have received the return item.

Using breast tape the right way can be a bit tricky at first and not doing so can result in the tape not sticking enough or causing skin irritation. We ask all customers to please read our How to Use guide before requesting a refund. 

Once you have read the guide and ensure all steps were followed you can initiate a refund by emailing hello@titsuptape.com. Please include your order number and the email address you made the order with. 

Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Your refund will be paid in full to your original payment method once we have received the return tracking information. Note shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
