Is there a spoolie?

Yes - one end’s the pencil, the other end’s the spoolie. And as far as spoolies go, its a really good spoolie

Can I use it to draw hair strokes?

Yep. The tip is fine enough for definition but not so skinny that it snaps

Does it smudge or melt off?

Not unless you rub your face like a toddler. It’s pretty resilient.

What if I’ve overplucked my brows?
