There is NOTHING worse (ok there is, but you know what we mean) than ripping open that parcel you’ve been waiting for… and it’s not quite right. We get it. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.

You’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands to send it back. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (we can’t take back opened beauty products for hygiene reasons). Returns are sent back at your expense. Pop it on a tracked courier so it doesn’t go missing on its way to us. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to show up. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us at christina@pgbeauty.co.nz within 7 days.
